Tom has been helping our patients feel great about their smiles since 2015. He was first drawn to dentistry because he wanted to help people smile more. As cheesy at it sounds, he finds it truly rewarding to see people leave happy. Relieving tooth pain and helping them feel better about their smiles always feels good.
He has also been placing implants since 2014. In 2017 he was awarded a Masters degree in dental implantology. His expertise in implants has been instrumental in helping many of our patients to feel confident about smiling again.
Tom is committed to furthering his knowledge and skills in the field. He is a keen member in the International Team for Implantology (ITI), a global association of professionals in implant dentistry whose main objective is the promotion and dissemination of knowledge about implant dentistry and related fields.
In 2023 he completed a Surgical Fellowship under Professor Urban at the Bone Regeneration Institute. This allows him to routinely use the latest innovative techniques in the provision of implant treatment, bone & soft tissue regeneration procedures.
Our seaside location couldn’t be more perfect for Tom. The sea is his happy place. When not at work, he can mostly be found in, on or around the water with his wife and two children. He was a crew member on the St Agnes lifeboats for five years and now helps out coaching the local nippers in the lifesaving club too.
